I ordered a couple meters of a rubber seal from Kaye at Phoenix Rubber in the UK. It has the proper base measurement that sets in the channel quite well and while the rest of the seal is not the same as the original, it does seal well when the vent window is latched and looks pretty decent. I put the outside part in the channel and used a sharp wooden grilling stick to push the other side into the other side so the seal gets locked in properly. Until we can get a reproduction made, this will work for anyone who needs one. Cost is 3.20 British pounds per meter not including shipping. Click IRS 'T' Section Profiles, look at IRS 1456 J : www.phoenixtrim.co.uk/Profiles/tabid/2766/Default.aspxContact Kaye Coles: www.phoenixtrim.co.uk/ContactUs/tabid/2769/Default.aspx

Excellent work, Scott! I've ordered two meters now and can't wait to see how it fits! Here's the order info I received from the shop:
IRS 1456 J x £3.20 per metre x 2 metres = £6.20 P&P cost - Airmail to USA = £7.00 TOTAL = £13.20 GBP We have this in stock and can dispatch upon receipt of payment. We accept PayPal (kaye@phoenixtrim.co.uk), Bank transfer or Card payments.
