A fairly substantial collection of New & used parts has surfaced-Its going to take a considerable time to get through - So please be patient.
Sadly,the owner,an elderly gentleman,(One of the founder members of The Type 3 & 4 Club,and also a leading light in the history of the KGOC ) has suffered a bad experience at the hands of an unscrupulous "trader" recently,So i'm afraid a few "ground rules" are in place:
All contact with the owner will be through me.I will introduce purchasers to the owner in person.
Collection in person & payment in cash directly to the owner is preferred
Postage might be an option on smaller items
Collection from the Type 34 meet in August,or the Type 3 treffen in June,May be possible for small items
NOTHING leaves the owners premises until he has hard currency in his hands
The Type 3 & 4 Club are handling all aspects of the disposal of the collection,Every penny raised goes Directly to the Owner & in the interests of transparency a "master List" of all sales is in our "for sale" section.Parts offered have been priced realistically to sell,with the intention of disposing of them quickly whilst at the same time putting sought after components back into circulation.Whilst we are open to offers on most items,Traders,Ebayers,spivs & other proffiteers are not welcome!
Having now been working on the collection since October,I will be "winding down" activity at the End of March,Due to other commitments,but will obviously continue to answer queries etc,but will be unable to put huge amounts of time into it.The process will hopefully re-commence in the Autumn
Please do not speculate as to the Owners Identity..We are trying to keep his name out of the public domain,to Protect & Look after him as much as possible
