Unfortunately I have nothing to report. Our Thailand source for these window corner clips has not made any progress in getting me prices & availability. I'm not sure what else to say. I'm still hopeful that he will offer these much needed parts to T34 owners.

Can these be installed after the windshield is installed, or do they have to be put in during the install?

These corner clips can be added at either point, pre-install to keep the trims in-place or post-install. I've done it both ways.

OK, so we now have a source for windshield corner clips. That's the good news. But there are some asterisks. The new clips are handmade, slightly thicker gauge aluminum than the thin originals so they won't break after 1-2 uses, and they are not anodized but are annealed & highly polished. This is the only source for these clips. Orders will be taken in advance so we can place an order with the supplier to have a batch made. Price is $20 each + shipping. Contact LeeHedges@T34World.org for ordering. PayPal to same address.

Ok, so how do you install these little buggers?

Bata made them so the tabs could be bent over & back again for multiple installations without breaking-off. When I've installed them after the trim/seal were in, I bent the top two tabs 90% vertical then positioned the lower tabs over the bottom of the trim, then bent the top tabs down with a flat-edge screwdriver until the folded over the trim edges. If the curvature is a bit too much, you can push the corner clips to make them a bit flatter. Please report what process you tried and were successful.
