I'm very please to announce that we now have a new rep covering Finland! Timo Tanhuanpää is very well-connected in the VW scene in Finland and has been actively restoring his Cherry Red & Black 1965 M343. Please welcome him to the T34 World team! He's searching for an upper dash pad (cracks are OK), front signal chrome bases, and rear bumper corner pieces. Please email him at TimoTanhuanpaa@T34World.org if you can help him with any of these parts to finish his T34. Attachments:

This looks like your T34 at a show in Sweden. Tell us more! Did you camp with your T34 or bring the camping gear in another car?

The red in the background is a 1969 from Sweden. The red/black is Timos 1965 from Finland, same as in the picture Lee found. The grey cab is build by Jurgen Magdelyns, now running in Sweden. White/black is mine 1961.

Yep the red/black is mine an this year I did not drove it there as my wife was unwilling to drive our other (green passat on the background) car to the event so I had to trailer it there.
But anyway it was nice seeing so many t34 in an same spot four in a same place is a lot in nordic countries as far as I know.
And it was allso nice to see Cab t34 winning a best ghia price.

Welcome Timo,
3 weeks left to fix your trip to Georgsmarienhütte/Germany (with or without your T34). There you can buy the things you need fpr your car and take it home...
Regards Jörg

well 300 km to helsinki ~700€ for a ferry to travemynde germany (roundtrip whit the cheapest cabin) + gas to get there food etc so I really think that it's going to be cheaper to fly from usa to there, than drive there from finland? And as that is just one (special) event. So I rather spend the money to my car than for the trip. But offcource if I would have known about that event last summer it could have been possible to make arragements but three weeks is a bit too fast to arrange such a trip.
But maybe Ill attend the next meet 2021
