It was amazing, a 150 T34s in one place. Just as amazing where all the great people who organized it and attended. It was so much fun seeing old friends and meeting new ones. I can't believe it is over . Maybe there should be a 55th anniversary Thanks everyone - I will write more and post some pictures later. Tom and Terri

I got back from a great weekend at the 50 Years Type 34 anniversary! Here are some pictures I uploaded on my Facebook page, all my other pics will follow asap! Friday morning: First stop today was the 'Fahrzeugsammlung VW Osnabrück'. Never been here before and saw some cool Karmann build cars and prototypes. In front you see the the 'Karmann Ghia Coupé Prototype' from 1953! Friday after a great first day: It was very cool with already over 105 Type 34's at one spot, amazing! Just checking out my pics at the Hotel room. Saturday: Another great day at the '50 Year Type 34 Celebration'. I was part of a new Type 34 record! With a total of 153 Type 34's (!), 12 Type 34 convertibles (3 original prototypes, 7 Lorenz converted and 2 selfmade), 3 TC's and really a lot of Type 14's!! It was stunning and a one in a lifetime sight! ...will upload all my pics asap!

Hahaha.... Damn this is a small world.... My brother was there for the event.... He's been in Europe for the past 6 weeks hitting as many events as possible.... Since I'm the token T34 owner in the family he thought it best to check it all out for me.... And then Aaron Britcher sends me this awesome pic he got from Jurgen... The same one Tobias posted!!!!
Damn small world!
Looking forward to the feature in an upcoming issue of Airmighty Niels....
