Your seat appears to be from 1963-65. There's a side knob that lifts up the front seat backrest lock on these years but your photo doesn't show it. Is it there? 1966-69 have a metal part on the front knob, which is not in your photo. The seat upholstery has been recovered, obviously.

In this photo there appear to be a stud in it's place? I will take a more detailed pic. Also the only way to unlock the seat to put forward is by way of a lever on the other side of the seat? I will send a pic of this Attachments:

From the new photos it appears that your front seats are the later-style from 1967-69. There should be a cable-operated lever on the inside (nearest the tunnel) of the seat opposite of the photos you've just shared. This cable-operated seat locking system was begun in 1967. But since the front adjustment knob is the solid gray style (not with the metal circle part) then this knob may have been added later when the original one was broken.
Read through the T34 World News magazines for a recent article detailing the front seat locking systems over the T34 production years.
