It's time for the offical introduction of our new organization to the world. The web site is in great shape, the rep team is 28 strong in 15 countries, the email group & web discussion forum are active, and within a week I will be distributing the first edition of T34 World News.
The T34 World News is an electronic magazine featuring 25 color pages of restoration stories, events, toys, rep introductions, and much more. I will try to make it a monthly publication. The idea of the magazine is to give T34 owners something to read, print, and save without having to be active on the forums or discussion groups to know what's going on in the T34 World.
I added a T34 World logo with the web site link on theSamba, so I imagine we'll begin to see some new members soon.
Carsten is adding a special T34 World page into his German KG club magazine due out soon.
I would like to have our international rep team begin sharing the T34 World organization with their regional clubs too. If anyone needs help creating a promotional page for a newsletter please let me know. I can provide the logo, information, and even help format a document if you'd like.

To help promote T34 World it would be great to have members with blogs add a link to their favorite sites. This will increase the visibility of the organization with VW enthusiasts around the world.

Hello from Germany,
things look good from my point of view: memberships in T34-World are growing every day, and T34-World is discussed in the German VW forums.
For myself it is obligatatory to check T34-world at least once a day!
Best Regards
Jörg

I've announced T34 World on the most frequented Belgian & Dutch VW fora, including Flat4Free.be, the Belgian equivalent of Thesamba.com: www.flat4free.be/forum/viewtopic.php?p=645662#645662In the next edition of Boxertje magazine ( www.boxertje.com), that will be released end of March, there will be a short article about T34 World and the upcoming Anniversary meeting in Germany.

And it seems to be working, I found this site thanks to Paul's posting at the forum of the Dutch Aircooled VW Club.
Thanks Paul!

Remco

I belong to a local VW club here that has a yahoo group which I posted the site to and told them all about T34 World. I will also spread the word at all the events I plan attending this summer.
Thanks Rick Hasse
