Didn't Larry Edson come up with a (still expensive) solution to use Porsche-cables a few years ago?

This is what the original Type 34 spare parts catalogue say (see attachment). Important: we have two wiper-motor-cable changes (at first 132mm, then 100mm, later only 30mm (??) - see part #34). The sliding roof cables (part #15) did not change over the years. Regards Jörg @michael: kannst Du Deine Bilder nochmals (am besten als zusammenhängende pdf) direkt hier hochladen? Regards Jörg If I recall correctly, the mechanism is the same, but the cables are going towards the front of the car, instead of towards the rear. So the cables need to be reversed. But as you say, it is still quite expensive.
