Is there a step-by-step out there for taking apart the push button switches and repairing them OR is there a person out there that will do it?

Thank you Jurgen. I am not initmiadated by electrical, but I am afraid I would take it apart only to fail getting it back together. Unfortunately they obviously built it never to be serviced.
