I've been discussing with a local rubber parts manufacturer about making repros and they claim that they can do almost any profile if someone pays. Initial cost would be 500-1000euros and minimum order on top of that about 500 euros and that buys you several hundred meters of profile if it's small, like window seals are. Not expensive if you can sell all of it. Now the real problems: These will be yardware, so is it feasible to make those and is there enough need to justify the quite hefty initial cost and if all these, what seal it would be? How many seals there are which are just yardware? I have to say I've no idea.

Which seals are you considering having reproduced?
We have three reproduction sources that already have the experience. One of them is actively reproducing T34 parts in limited quantities. For instance, he's doing the upper-front door seals that have been obsolete forever, and basing the repro on two NOS samples that an owner bought recently.

Those are the only "length seals I can think of. If you do the big windows, try and get the aluminum trim groove more centered.

Which seals are you considering having reproduced? . No idea yet but obviously nothing that's already available. Also the yardware limitation is quite severe. Basically I'm charting if it's economically feasible to have something made and that just started yesterday. I basically have all the seals but all of those are old and windshield seal is leaking.
