SPAM Postings

Today we saw 4-5 SPAM postings by a user that was immediately banned & deleted. In most cases these dickheads post links that take you to bad places or insert bad software onto your computer. It's always good advice to NOT click on links in forum postings unless you know the person that posted it.

I try my best, as administrator, to maintain this forum as a friendly open discussion group for anyone interested in T34s. But there are bad people out there that want nothing more than to ruin people's day. This is one of the main reasons why he require members to list their real full names and to tell me a bit about their T34 involvement. When I see a new member I contact them immediately and ask for their name, location, and information about their T34. If they ignore my email then they are removed from the group. It's the only way I have to maintain the security & safety of this forum.

And again tonight we were visited by a harmful registered guy bent on causing harm. His profile & SPAM postings were all deleted immediately.

Now it's obvious to me that we'll need to limit the registration of new members by requiring another level of approval by myself. It's a necessary step to avoid SPAM postings like this in the future.

Bummer to know that the action of one fuckhead has required all the other good members to perform one higher level of security. But that's life in the 21st Century with worldwide terrorism & cyber mayhem.
