Tyre well drain hole

I'm in the process of repairing my spare tyre well, have cut out a huge section and made another but my question is this, does it only have 1 drain hole in the bottom or more?

Mine had 1 in the bittom and 3 others in line with the bracket with is spot welded in there.
Can't really see the point of those 3 so maybe some turkey drilled them?
If not supposed to be there I'll weld them up.

I sent you photos of the areas for comparison. It appears there is one 1/4" diameter hole in the exact bottom of the spare tire well, but just one. And there are two smaller drain holes in the center lower portion of the front valence just above the spare tire well.
