I've spent the last couple of days trying to get it running; it bogs out, can't get above an idle, and puts out clouds of black smoke. Updated pic  |

Got the engine running tonight (finally!) I spent two nights dorking around with a rebuilt (not by me) 32-PHN carb; I put on the rebuilt 32-PHN-1 that came with my '63, and it fired right up.  |

When I sent my door handles et al to be chromed, I sent an NOS tailpipe as well. I think it looks better than one of the little chrome covers.
