Time to think about the VW Classic!

Looks like I will be driving out this year from Illinois. Stopping in Abilene Kansas to pick up my friend Greg Rose (who has a Type 34), then on to sunny California. We are going through Albuquerque, then across on I 15 to visit the Junkyard in Hesperia. Visiting lots of places during the week, then after the Classic driving back through Phoenix to see new parts of the desert. I hope we can again have dinner on Saturday night.

Anyone else coming to the Classic? With it snowing like mad here, there's lots of time to think about a great trip while shoveling!
