Has anyone done a writeup on re-assembling a door, ie installing the latch, handle, window, regulator, vent wing, scrapers, felt, trim, etc? Particularly the order of operations?
I'm looking for something like Scott did for his heater box restoration. I found one small piece in a T34 World News on how to to the outer scraper.

I made a writeup while I dismantle the door . That was very usefull for completing the doors a year later ! But the problem will be the translation into all the special words for the parts in english .... Jürgen

A long time ago I made a Step-By-Step for the door disassembly process. Sorry it's not the reassembly (but maybe you can do the steps in reverse to get a close idea of the process.

Thanks Lee! On my '63, the doors were partially disassembled - he left the regulator and glass in the door, albeit disconnected. Why? No idea. It's another 5 minutes worth of work to extract them. The doors were painted with the glass sitting at the bottom of the door, so now I have to clean layers of primer and paint off the glass as well.
I can offer this bit of advice: do not under any circumstances remove the glass from the regulator mounting clamp unless you absolutely, positively need to. It is a royal PITA to get right again. I made this mistake on my '56, and to this day my driver's side window is still not right, despite being taken apart 10 times or so. LFMF. (actually, I didn't remove it, the PO did, but the sentiment still stands)
