I am the proud owner of a 1964 T34, purchased last April for my wife - so I guess I am not the owner...I am new to the VW world although I have a great deal of experience working on American hot-rods.
The car is complete, very little rust and I have spent the last year trying to get it on the road working on it during most weekends. Not a frame off restoration, but to get it running reliably, safe - we will paint the shell and worry about the interior later. Right now its all about getting it on the road and keeping it stock.
VIN# 0234730
Greetings Everyone!

Hello from Germany,
I guess you are right, you are not the owner. But the mechanic.
Regards
Jörg

In my eyes none of us are owners, simply caretakers that keep our T34s happy, running smoothly, and enjoyed by spectators. Then eventually they are passed along to a new caretaker.
