Sorry about the pic quality, I will try post some better ones later. The ring looks like it's been in a collision, it is squashed and badly grazed almost split in one area. The Hella logo SB13 was drilled through and rivetted to allow for a makeshift fixing.
I will ask around and find a quote for repair. I don't want to lose the Hella SB13 logo.

Thanks for the advice. Someone has recommended a guy who specialises in making and fixing VW chrome parts and trims, I will ask him for a quote? I may also be able to get these reproduced in stainless steel and have a the Hella SB13 logo engraved? Perhaps there is a market for this?

I think there will be a great marked for the rings , Kingsley , because also bad rings will be payed very high . Many owner are looking for these rings ... Maybe John can open a repair-shop for those parts in NZ while his car is complete and done !? Greetings Jürgen

FYI: The SB13 headlight rings are only for the sealed-beam T34s. These are different than the bulb-type rings featured on most European T34s. The sealed-beam headlights were fitted to USA T34s that were privately exported to America, so they would not be common in most T34s.
