As it looks now, i'll be there.
The Dutch Aircooled VW Club has it's 40th anniversary, and we're celebrating with a roadtrip to Grossglockner, including the event at Hessisch.
After this event, we will continue to East Germany, Czech Republic and Austria. Might be nice to see if the t34t3 event fits in the schedule on the way back.

Hello from Germany,
it might be a good idea to fix a meeting point and a certain time where all the T34 enthusiasts (and/or forum members) meet, no matter if they attend with a T34, another VW or just visit.
On Saturday they start the big cruise at 12.00hrs, so I have the following suggestions for a "T34 meet and greet":
Saturday, June 22nd, 10.00 hrs ("after breakfast")
Saturday, June 22nd, 17.00 hrs
Sunday, June 23rd, 10.00 hrs
I will bring the T341 and the rollup we made for the 50th celebration. If you bring yours ("Lorenz") too, Carsten, this could be a good, visible meeting point.
Do we have/want to spread information on T34 world or make a special display? Or is this unnecessary since every T34 enthusiasts finds T34 world anyhow?
What do you think?
Regards
Jörg

Hello, I think it's a good idea to fix the time and location for a "T34 meet and greet". But saturday 10.00hrs seems to bee to close to the cruise at 12.00hrs. I prefer saturday 17.00hrs or sunday 10.00hrs. Is it possible to locate all T34 at the same area in HO? This would be a good visible meeting point all the time... This is my first HO and I'll be there with my emerald / white Coupé.
See you at this great event! Tobias

Where to place the car in the city as a normal visitor ? Hessisch-Oldendorf is rather a village than a town... - and will be "closed" for regular vehicles. It's already very crowded withe all the VW...

It would be a good oppurtunity to put the T34 World organization in the spotlight. If I can help with that, please let me know. Personally, I prefer Saturday 17h00 for the 'fixed meeting time' for all T34 owners, that would be right after the afternoon cruise. I' ve just checked the (very long) lparticipants list and found out that 16 T34's have registered for the event. That is about the double of four years ago...
